- We do not use a cookie cutter approach. Each order is either designed individually or we can use your design.

- Prices shown are our discounted prices when ordering by Internet, e-mail or fax.
- After you place your order, we send you information on how to upload your imprint and how to access our FREE photos & clip-art
- We supply a proof before printing. Proofs are supplied within 24 to 36 hours of receiving your order and imprint.
- Your credit card is not charged when you place your order. We set your proof up first and send it to you.
- Speaking of proofs, each order includes at least 2 proofs
- If needed we will supply FREE Photos and/or FREE Clip Art. Information on how to see this is shown on your confirmation page.
- Magnets ship within 8 to 10 business days (UNLESS RUSH MAGNETS ARE ORDERED Then within 48 hours on orders of 2,500 or less)after proof approval.
- We have many different ways to ship. All options are shown before you place your order, just follow the check-out procedure and choose.
