WHAT YOUR ORDER INCLUDES:

• At least two FREE on-line proofs (3 on orders for 1,000 or more)
• Setting up of an imprint using our professional expertise OR us your imprint/logo
• Inclusion of our FREE Photos and/or FREE Clip Art
• If need be, we will retype all your text using the same or a similiar font
• Inclusion of your print ready art or logo.
  

GUARANTEE: We guarantee our work 100% In the event there is a problem or mistake which was made due to our negligence or error, we will make good the corrections entirely at our expense when notified in a timely manner.

SHIPPING: Shipping charges shown are for the lower 48 United States. Additional charges apply in all other areas. You will be notified prior to us proceeding with your order with the additional amount.

SENDING US ART: Our Thank you page will give you instructions on sending your imprint information to us and how to access our FREE photos and FREE clip art.

PROOFS: Every order includes at least two proofs. There is no charge for making any corrections or changes on these proofs (if we made a mistake it does not count as a proof). Proofs are supplied within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your imprint instructions.

PRODUCTION TIME: Starts no later than the day after we receive the approved proof back and payment. Production time is based on business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Delivery time in business days is not included in production time.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES (lower 48 States): All items are sent via ground unless expedited service is requested. Every effort is made to meet your in hands date. However, we are not responsible for delays in transit or those caused by act of God, consequently we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We do ship outside the lower 48 States. You will be notified of all additional fees and same conditions apply.

CANCELLATION FEE: If order is cancelled by client after work has started a cancellation fee will apply to cover all work performed. Minimum $50.00

TERMS: Finance fees of 20% annual will be added to all orders over 30 days due from invoice date. Checks returned for any reason will incur a $25 service charge. All orders with outstanding payments over 60 days from invoice date are subject to collection by an outside agency. All collection costs are borne by purchaser.

RETURNS: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you have any concerns please notify us within 48 hours of order receipt. While we will try to honor any requests received after 48 hours we cannot guarantee it.

ARTWORK: Your receipt tells you, in detail, how to send us art. Remember, we do not proceed with the order until you approve the imprint. Our prices are based on one of the following: the imprint is just text, you want to use our standard fonts or clipart or you will be supplying your art in cameraready format. We will set up your imprint using our best judgement for you to approve. We also have artists available that can take your art and convert it to cameraready if need be
